As we navigate through this unprecedented environment, I felt it is important to take a moment to express our hope for you and your employee's good and continuing health during this difficult time and to inform you of Walton's plans to continue to deliver services and support for our clients. Walton has operational and technical services that are centralized to deliver support to our clients and distributed for technical operations.

As we navigate through this unprecedented environment, I felt it is important to take a moment to express our hope for you and your employee’s good and continuing health during this difficult time and to inform you of Walton’s plans to continue to deliver services and support for our clients. Walton has operational and technical services that are centralized to deliver support to our clients and distributed for technical operations. To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, Walton is employing additional safety measures that will allow us to continue to operate in a safe environment.

For now, we are continuing to deliver our services from our corporate operations center in New Jersey until the authorities request us to operate in an alternative manner. Our approach has always been to allow for continuing operations even through adverse conditions, and to be prepared to ensure that timely processing is not compromised. Therefore, in the event we are required to close our New Jersey operations center for any period, we have systems in place that allow our entire staff to work remotely to continue to deliver continuous service.

As you know, with the declaration of a national emergency, certain aspects of WOTC regulatory requirements may be modified to ensure that all companies are able to carry out their responsibilities in a timely manner while acknowledging the hardship that is placed upon businesses. Please rest assured knowing that we will continue to process all 8850 Forms on your behalf in a timely manner.

Further, if the state workforce agencies extend processing time, as they have done in the past for other situations, we will work with you to obtain any required documentation that may have otherwise resulting in missed filings. We are also aware that businesses may not be able to retain all their employees, and a potentially heavier hiring load may be inevitable once the emergency is lifted. Whatever may arise, please note that Walton is prepared to work with you every step of the way.

All of us at Walton understand the hardship the COVID-19 crisis has placed upon all our nation and the world. As your trusted advisor, please be assured that we stand ready to support your business in these challenging times. Our thoughts are with you hoping for the best results for you, your staff, and your business.

Regards,

Phil Ownbey, President

Fred Stiftel, Chairman of the Board
